Seasonal Color!!!

Perhaps, it is my Autumn (October) birthday. Perhaps, it is because I am a devotee of color, no matter the medium; I have dabbled in pastels, oils, and settled into photography. Perhaps, it is the seasonal change most associated with color.

Whatever, the reason(s) Autumn IS my favorite season, despite the nasty allergies.

All photos were made in Maple Park Cemetery, Springfield. MO.

Wow those colors are so pretty. All I can see from my yard is brown. There are a few speciman trees in peoples yards but so far here, the only color is in the ditch weeds and they are pretty spectacular. Plan to get some pictures if it quits raining.

Beautiful colors. We get a lot less red than you do; fall is yellow, gold, and brown mostly. But it is my favorite season, also.

Lovely photos. Thanks for sharing
the seasonal change. We just do not
get such dramatic colors in North
Central Florida...here it is either
green or brown.

The colors of the leaves are vivid...and I notice here (even in south Georgia) the sky is a brilliant blue this fall. Beautiful colors...
Your photos are fantastic.

Gorgeous photos! I love living in Florida, but I do miss the colors of Fall that I enjoyed so much when we lived in Nashville. Thanks for sharing your photos today.

Hugs!

Hey, do you have connections to Missour-ah? My husband's roots are there.

I adore autumn.

I love to see the trees turning colors and in cemeteries they seem to do a better job than elsewhere. Woodlawn Cemetery near us is filled with beautiful grave stones and trees in all their colors. Photographers flock there including some in our family.

Patty has her 73rd birthday today. My wife for the past 54 years has a blog. If you have time, take a look and say hi. Old Lady Lincoln

The color is beautiful. We are starting to see a little bit of color, but with the rain we are losing leaves..so maybe next year.
